This is a financial institution we built in 2017 from the ground up in the historic district downtown Phoenix.

Our scope of work over the years has increased and we had the opportunity in 2017 to build the Marisol Federal Credit Union from the ground up. This was a 10,000 square foot project in two historic districts in downtown Phoenix. We were excited to add this project to the Mountain Top Builder's portfolio.
